A. PROGRAM OVERVIEW:

El Centro de Ayuda manages the Boyle Heights FamilySource Center (FSC). Funded by the City of Los Angeles Housing + Community Investment Department (HCIDLA) through Federal, State and local funds. The FamilySource Center is a one-stop center that provides a host of Academic, Financial, Case Management and Asset Building services designed to help lift low and very low-income families out of poverty by promoting Academic and Economic Self-Sufficiency.


B. SUB-CONTRACTOR BID SOLICITATION:
El Centro de Ayuda is seeking bids to subcontract with Two qualified organization skilled and experienced in providing one of the following two services:
1. Academic Achievement Services in the amount of $40,000
2. Financial Capability & Asset Building Services in the amount of $60,000
